Afraid of Love
Are you afraid?
Afraid of love?
Is that why?
Why you won't look me in the eye?
Why you more often speak with your hands?
Rather than say you love me aloud?
Why you don't do what I do?
When I love you?
Why you keep going away?
When I desire you most?
When my love bursts forth?
And I just wanna be close?
And you just look away?
Perhaps you are afraid...
Afraid of love...
But so am I.
